ALL WEBSITE PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE


 1. PAYMENT METHOD

    A. Credit/Debit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

    B. Our Online Shopping Cart uses the secure PayPal system.


2. EXCHANGES/RETURNS

    A. We will gladly accept returns for an EXCHANGE or a REFUND on the credit card used for payment minus the shipping fees.

    B. All Exchanges/Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date and accompanied by the receipt. SALE AND CLOSEOUT ITEMS ARE NOT ACCEPTED BACK FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES.

    C. Merchandise to be Returned/Exchanged must be in "New" condition with all tags attached.


3. GIFT CARDS

    A. Gift cards are only available to be bought and/or used at the retail store and cannot be redeemed on our online store.


4. SPECIAL/CUSTOM ORDERS

    A. All special orders for merchandise that are not carried in-stock require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on special orders.


5. BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

    A. Greenway Saddlery, INC. makes NO warranties on merchandise

    B. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted for items broken, worn out, cleaned or washed improperly, destroyed by the horse, or used improperly, etc..

    C. We will help our customers in contacting the manufacturer to resolve problems with defective merchandise.

    D. The Manufacturer has the responsibility in determining if an item is defective and if they will repair/replace it.
